As the Managing Director of GCMC, I possess a unique blend of financial expertise and leadership acumen. My diverse background spans across various industries including but not limited to financial services, auditing and strategic leadership, from experience gained working with SGS, Ecobank Ghana, Money Systems and CFY Partners. Outside my core strengths in finance and strategy, I also hold a first degree in Law and French which avails me, in my present employment as a player in the international markets across Ghana’s neighbouring francophone countries.

I balance my professional life with family life being happily married with four children.

Mr. Ebenezer Berko is the Head, Corporate Affairs, Sales & Marketing of Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited with over 10 years working of experience in both accounting and marketing from the private and public sector. He has worked in various roles and has rose through the ranks of the company. He holds a BSc. Accounting and Finance from the Presbyterian University College and an MBA in Accounting and Taxation from Ghana Institute of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and now a student at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (CIMA) at the Managerial Level.

Ebenezer’s arear of expertise include accounting, marketing, corporate governance and Operations.

Ms. Oparebea Opare is a Certified Human Resource Management Practitioner and currently serves as the Head Human Resource and Administration for Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited.
She holds a BSc. in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Ghana (UG) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has also completed a Chartered Program at Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana.

She has 8 years working experience in General Administration and Human Resource Management in the Public Sectors. She has honed her skills in General Administration and Human Resource Management.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana. She has served on several committees and is currently the secretary of GCMC’s Audit Committee.

Ms. Oparebea Opare is a Certified Human Resource Management Practitioner and currently serves as the Head Human Resource and Administration for Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited.

Philip Kwasi Berko is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Expert and a Certified Chartered Financial Economist with over 12 years working experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, General Administration and Management both in the private and public sectors. Philip currently serves as the Head of Finance for Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited. Prior to his current role, he was working with Nestle Central & West Africa Limited as a Financial Accountant and had also worked with Tema Development Corporation (TDC) as an Accounts Assistant and National Service Personnel.

He is a product of both University of Cape Coast and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi where he obtained Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Master’s degree in Finance respectively. He is a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana and Association of Certified Chartered Economists, USA having successfully written and passed the requisite examinations. Philip has for the past years taught at several tuition centers of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana in courses such as Management Accounting, Corporate Reporting and Financial Reporting. He does this on part time basis.

He is married to Mrs. Esther Berko.

Mr. William Tetteh is a Materials Engineer and currently serves as the Head, Technical Operation for Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited. He has over 17 years of experience in engineering process management in both the private and public sector.  He holds a BSc. and MPHIL in Materials Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology the University of Ghana respectively.  William’s arear of expertise is in large scale manufacturing process management.

He is married with two (3) children.

Mr. William Tetteh is a Materials Engineer and currently serves as the Head, Technical Operation for Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited. He has over 17 years of experience in engineering process management in both the private and public sector.  He holds a BSc. and MPHIL in Materials Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology the University of Ghana respectively.  William’s arear of expertise is in large scale manufacturing process management.

He is married with two (3) children.
